...our house is on a concrete slab..We are out in the country and have to use a septic tank.. The toilet flange is made of PVC and is connected to a 4" PVC waste drain that is connected to the septic tank.. We have had problems with this toilet bowl wobbling and the flange is over 1/2 " above floor. How do I remove the old flange and install a new one to be flush with the floor ??? |
