natural gas preasure test

I am installing a 10 ft section of 3/4 - 1/2 � black pipe for a gas cooktop. My inspector requires a gas pressure test be performed by me of 10 psi for 15 minutes and later in his presence. I have in the past done a similar thing with DWV, but have not seen a weenie or stoppers that would be appropriate for 3/4 or 1/2 � gas pipe. Can some kind soul tell me what I should ask for and a quick run down of the procedure so I don�t look like an idiot when I try to procure said items. Thanks, --ben
