Case 3000 toilet replacement

We have two Case 3000 toilets in a house we just bought that was built in the early 60's (designed by an engineer, it has all kinds of interesting "features"). Both of these leak/run from the tank to the bowl pretty significantly, and they both elicit ominous creaking sounds from the walls on which they are mounted when any weight is applied to them. I'd like to replace these with "regular" (i.e. touching the floor) toilets, but I would also like to not have to cut new holes in the tile and floor and re-route all the plumbing (and by that I mean hiring someone who knows what they are doing to do it... *heh*). Is there some other model of "back flush" toilet that I could fit into the current plumbing without a whole lot of modifications?
