|In response to Re: black hot water|
: My house is on well water. HArd water tested at 70.
: I have softening system. My hot water has a black discoloration and at times an odor. I have been told that I need to replace the anode rods in my water heaters with aluminum rods. My water system is 8 years old. I have already shocked my water heaters with clorox. There seems to be black whatever in my pipes. Please help me save my marriage!! Thanks!
: John Caballero.
John, I had the exact same thing happen to me and I replaced my anode rod and still had no luck so my plumber said to take the rod out and keep it out!!!! My water is great and no problems for over a year now!!! Try it..what do you have to lose. IT WILL SAVE YOUR MARRIAGE, IT SAVED MINE!!
