Unless the 4" pipe goes to a P trap, you don't. If it does have a trap you will have to break the concrete down to a point where you can cut the 4" off and no-hub coupling a piece of 2" to it. If you have the equipment, you could lead a piece of 2" cast iron into the 4" and then set the base over it, and then, finally securing the drain to the pipe. : 4" cast in the concrete floor -was cut flush with the floor-how do I adapt a 2" drain in the new basin to the 4" existing.
