Ans: If you want to invest the money for the expansion tool, then yes...anyone who can drill a hole through a stud or pull wire can run this stuff.. I once plumbed in a 3 story home in only 5 hours...it was a 5 bath, 2 kitchen home including 6 hosebibs.....
