Drain pipe-ABS/

I am moving a sink drain in a concrete basement floor. The existing pipe is ABS. I can't seem to find any ABS pipe but I can find ABS fittings. Can I use PVC pipe to connect to the ABS pipe with a universal cement? My hardware store showed me that a
