You should replace it with a pressure balanced, temperature limiting shower valve. : I have 1962 colony american standared shower fucet in the shower stall . I am installing new walls and tile. : The fucet was in good shape needs new handles seats and washers it was not leaking at all. : Is worth rebuliding this fucet vs installing a new fuect.
