I want to install a new shower pan where an old shower was removed. The drain holes are offset 7 inches. Is anyone aware of an approved offset drain for this problem? I can build a low pedestal to accomodate the required height, (and have been examining a tub overflow drain - it appears to be very close to the design I need.) It is such a common question that I am hoping a manufacturer has come up with a solution for this problem. I understand the other options of tearing up the concrete floor, or having a custom shower pan made, and will consider them more seriously if I cannot find an adequate offset drain. |
