ideally, they want you to have three leaks, but your plumber can help you with that if it is necessary. : Thank-you. The claims adjuster has called and scheduled an inspection tomorrow; he is driving from Colorado. : (Unfortunately)I hope this is what they call a qualified leak and they approve a replumb. I do not want this to drag on. The leak was no where near the water heater and my house was built during the required timeframe. I'm wondering if I have to have 2 leaks to get a replumb? After shutting off the water to the broken pipe, the plumber was able to route a copper pipe from the sink to the toilet through the cabinet - without breaking the slab or wall.
