sewage ejector

Can you specify and quote a sewage ejector kit, please. I have a "standard" one, 20 x 30 tank with a 1/2 horse pump, and the pump burned out after only two years. I think I need a larger tank and pump. The head is 10 feet, but it pumps uphill for 320 feet in a 2" PVC pipe. Thank you for your consideration. Gary Gordon
