Plug it into the other opening on the plug. You have it plugged into the outlet for a dishwasher. : I unplugged our in-sinkerator disposal unit in order to fix a problem with our kitchen sink. My sink is now repaired, but when I plugged the garbage disposal unit back in the unit will not turn off. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks. : Steve
