I plan to install a buried 55 gallon plastic drum drywell behind my detached garage. Water running from the trench drain inside the garage will carry the water to the drywell. This drywell will only be used for catching water from runoff when washing the car or truck. Will I need to vent the drywell and should I install a water trap to prevent odors or insects from entering back into the garage from the drywell? Thank you in advance. Stanley |
