There is probably a temperature limiting stop on your handle.Unscrew the handle and see if there is a little washer with a stopper on it slid over the stem.If there is either take it off or adjust it so you get more hot water.Theyre installed for liability purposes for the plumber.In hotels we install them all the time.At my house I like to control the temperature with the handle just like everyone else.Good luck Mike
