|In response to Re: leaking vent pipe|
There is no reason that water should be in the vent pipe, and even then it would have to be a major deficiency for it to build up enough pressure to leak. Was the system water pressure tested after installation to ensure that this would not happen?
: I recently had a new bathroom installed. I noticed that there was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Its coming from the vent pipe. The pipe is higher then the drain pipe. It doesnt seem to be clogged. Could it be that the pipe is not glued some where in the wall? Or could it be some sort of condensation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
