Install cold water line

I've just completed a 20' x 20' utility building and shop. I want to run a water line from an irrigation meter to the wall of the building and inside. Once inside I want to run the line down the wall appx. 15' to tie in to a sink and also send a T outside the wall for an outside facuet. I would like to use CVPC (is this a good choice?). Please recomend tie on procedures and coupling procedure. ** I live in the Atlanta, Ga. area I think
