Your gas supplier's regulator will normally supply you with about 7" w.c. (water column. 1 psi = 27" w.c.) : I am installing a tankless water heater and the required gas pressure is: : minimum - 7" w.c. : maximum - 14" w.c. : The manual also states later that the regulator provided is designed for low inlet pressure(less than 1/2 psig). I don't know what "w.c." stands for and I don't know how to determine the pressure of my natural gas supply. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
