Bathroom Sink

Our house was built in 1940. It has a Crane/Drexel bathroom sink. It is unusual in that the water spigot is part of the porcelain sink. At this point, it leaks like a seive. I've tried replacing the washers in both faucets but that doesn't even slow the flow. I've removed both faucet fixtures. The gaskets are in bad shape. Hardware stores and plumbers tell me that the faucets are no longer made and cannot be replaced. Do you have any ideas?
