: I have a question about Apartment sized dishwashers. When I was using my new small dishwasher that sits on the counter and connects to the tap, I was aparently causing the apartments above and around my apartment to get Hot water coming out of their cold water taps. Is there anything I can do so I can use my new dishwasher?
