: The outside spigot that is attached to the house drips even when I turn it as tight as it will go. Any suggestions? I almost never repair outside wall hydrants.I usually replace them.If you dont feel comfortable doing this yourself ,you should call a plumber before winter hits.Sorry I cant be more help,Mike
