The problem is that the plastic ring above the diverter is broken or missing. Without that, the diverter will not work. : Shower will not fully engage. Have replaced the main coned seal and more water comes out the faucet than the shower head once turned on. I have checked for obstructions and see nothing. This has been a problem for some time. But now can not really take a proper shower.
