Toilet install in RV - Clairification

Thanks for your initial response. To clairify my situation. The trailer was ordered WITHOUT a toilet and NO toilet holding tank. It will be plumbed directly into a private septic system where the trailer is set up. I am installing a household toilet. Since it is all new plumbing I can use 4" or 3" pipe from eather a 4" or 3" toilet flange. Which ever I choose. The question is what is best 4" or 3"? Run from the toilet to the septic system pipe which I will connect to is about 8 feet. I believe the Toilet has a 3" trap? Thanks again!! :)
