Check your septic tank's vent..see if it's clogged or damaged..also llok for bubbles coming up through the bowl..that could be gas rising back through the drain (saw some here w/out a trap!): The water in my toilet bowls has a "dead animal" smell. I am on town water w/ my own septic. Drinking water smells fine. Septic tank was supposed to have been pumped a year ago by home seller. I am in a four person household. Any thoughts?
