I have 2 problems. First is a smelly bathroom sink drain. I smell septic fumes when ever water is run down the sink. I have flushed the vent many times and now believe the vent stack is just too close to the bathroom sink drain. Is there a product on the market to help with this? Second, I just recently started to get a pipe banging problem when ever my toilet flush box finishes filling. The noise seems to come from the same spot each time. Any ideas? |
