: I had just replaced a leaking toilet valve. As I was turning on the water supply to the toilet, it started making this very very loud sound and my pipes would vibrate the floor of the entire house. Any recommendations?

If the noise is gone when the shutoff valve is fully open, then I would not worry. The vibration may be in the shutoff at the wall.
If the vibration continues with the valve open all the way, then you need to find the problem. It could be you will need to replace the wall shutoff, or it could be the new fill valve. Terry
