In your web page you say that the Toto Drake is "Quiet." Mine is anything but quiet as the water rushes in, gulps the waste and then bezgins to fill again. At first I merely pressed the handle and let it go, but got such a loud pop, I decided to hold it open a bit longer. No pop, but penty of noise during the flush. Any suggestions? tro harper |
