I have discovered that after flushing the toliet in a first floor bathroom that it leaks into the basement. No water leaks out from under the toliet on the floor....it drips underneath. I am assuming that the wax seal or flange is bad. Since I am not inclined to this myself what kind of cost am I looking at for a plumber? |
