Hi, Hanekke The ultra-max is already a fairly low toilet if you're talking about the seating position and not the back. The higer tank helps the flush by taking advantage of gravity. This will be a slight sacrifice in flushing a larger steaming dumparoni.I understand that sanitary facilities are more or less a hole in the floor in some Asian countries. This would be an option to consider if you are serious about going lower in this room. Regards, Ben
