Okay, my husband says this is impossible, but...tonight, we have discovered (by the smell) that the basement is flooded - located two leaks in outgoing lines. As this is a rental property, we can't act until we can get someone. However, based on past performance, a carpenter will come to do the plumbing. Then, tonight, the incoming water pressure has just disappeared. A small trickle in the kitchen is it - none upstairs whatsoever. Can there be a relationship between the two? There's 1" of water throughout the basement, which is about 800 sq. ft. Is there something we should look for/do until we can get professional help (which may be several days?)???
