If it leaks the cartridge is bad. Period. There is no other way for it to leak. : I have just purchased and installed a news Moen 7730W Monticello cathedral (gooseneck) faucet. First, it is beautiful. Second, I have a problem. After turning off the single flow lever, the spout continues to very slowly drip such that by overnight, a full glass of water is captured. : : All connections below are tight and there are no leaks. It is hard to imagine that the cartridge is bad as I just purchased the faucet. : Any thoughts for this clueless plumber want to be in Texas!
