I recently had a plumber come in to look at several toilet leaks. He said the floors in 2 bathrooms had been damaged. He said he could replace them. My question is: is it common for plumbers to replace bathroom floors, including the sub-floor? Also, are plumber's prices for floor replacement comparable to other people that would replace floors?
