Running water in house makes water run in bathroom...

Lately we noticed that when someone turns on the water in the kitchen, water suddenly comes out of the bathroom tub faucet. It also does this if we turn on the bathroom sink hot water faucet, but not the cold, and if someone turns on the outside hose. What would cause this? When other faucets are not turned on, the bathtub faucet stays nicely sealed off. Thanks for any input...

What would cause this? When other faucets are not turned on, the bathtub faucet
