: we had our bathroom remodeled and a briggs 1.6 toilet installed (not sure on model #). the problem is that it doesnt save us any water because it rarely flushes properly on the first flush. it takes 2-3 flushes usually. we had the first toilet replaced because it had a crack in the bowl. the replacement was a similar briggs model and it does the same thing. im fed up with this problem. is there a fix for this problem or is it a defective toilet? what would be a good replacement? thanks
