When the water is drained from the kitchen sink, the toilet in the basement begins to bubble. Also, the toilet does not flush anymore (even using a pail of water to force, it does not go down), however the shower and the sink in the bathroom work fine (sometimes the toilet will bubble if a sink full of water is released). Is this a venting issue?
