BURIEN -- A hot-water heater exploded like a rocket through the roof of a small row of businesses yesterday morning, injuring four people. The electric heater, about the size of an oil drum, flew over a Taco Bell and into a Pizza Hut parking lot 460 feet away on First Avenue Southwest.
