Presently, an 1,100 sq ft foundation is set to be poured tomorrow at noon. The plumber claims he has not be able to install the copper lines to the two new bathrooms (a guest bath & a complete master bath) because the foundation crew was still working all day yesterday laying additional steel, etc. in order to pass a pre pour inspection by my engineer. The plumber claims you cannot have many workers walking and working on top of copper lines because of the possiblity of puncturing the soft metal. The foundation contractor is furious that the plumber has not worked alongside to get the "water rough-in" in order to pour the concrete tomorrow.
Who do you think is right?
