Is the water level proper immediately after the flush? The gurgle afterwards is often a sign that something has siphoned the water out of the bowl and therefore the lower water level is due to the water that could not be sucked from the bowl. If that is the case, you must determine what is causing the extra flush.

: We have 2 of the above - one was installed 2 years ago - one last year - to date the last one works excellent - however with the 1st , the water level is low - much smaller water spot - requires 2nd flush sometimes - 2nd one never requires 2nd flush - also a minute to a minute an a half after the toilet with the low level flushes there is gurgle in the toilet -
