Culligan - customer service is terrible

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on my recent dealings with Culligan. I have one of their best units (Mark 1000) and I have waited 3 weeks for a part and when I ask when it should be in I get the I don't know answer. I called headquaters and they answered me with "our customer is the dealer" if you have questions or problems please talk to them. I have found noone within Culligan (dealer or headquarters) which actually has taken responsiblity to get my part to me within a reasonable amout of time. 3-4 weeks is not good customer service in my book.
