I have a 2 story townhouse, and I found a ceiling water leak on my first floor. My bathroom is located directy above. Apparently my bathtub fixtures were not sealed and I just sealed it. The problem is that it is still leaking.The leak is very slow. I cut out a piece of the ceiling to see if it would continue leaking.I noticed that part of the pipe has mildew.I believe that it is a leak in the pipes in the bathroom sink. I have stopped using that bathroom(except for the toilet) Is this a very expensive repair? What should I expect or do? Thank You
