Whenever anyone turns on a faucet we get a knocking noise that could best be described as a chugging sound like a steam engine. I can't pinpoint the source, but I think it may be the pressure regulator. There is no noise unless water is flowing and any source in the house causes the same noise. Is there a cleanout or maintenance procedure for a regulator or is it a replacement job? Is that the most likely source? HELP!!!!!!!!!!! |
