: I have a single handle MOEN tub fixture. I have a drip from the tub spout and figured that I need to change the washers or cartridge behind the on/off handle. My problem is I cant remove the handle. I first took off the screw cover, then removed the flat head screw... and this is where I'm stuck !!! The handle wont budge. I tried looking for some kind of locking O ricg or something, but it seems to be rusted or something. Any advice ?
