Grout removal from shower drain

Hello the handyman regrouted the shower and got a bunch down the drain, i chiped out what i could see and have put every chemical down the drain i could think of but the drain still runs slowly, i tried pushing a snake in but could only get it so far... does anyone know of a way to get grout out of the drain, any chemicals.... I want to do this since the quality of our handyman sucks to begin with since it was him the washed the grout in the drain to begin with.
