Leaky outdoor faucets

Need advice for fixing original outdoor loose-key copper faucets for 1938 vintage home. Only have 1 rusty key for four outdoor faucets . . . are replacement keys available? Is it recommended to repair or replace these faucets? If so, what is a good maintenance free brand? Located in Michigan with freezing to subzero conditions in winter. Want faucet that is easy for family and children to use and never drips.
