noise after toilet is flushed

We have a noise that occurs after the toilet is flushed and the tank is filled. It sounds like a
roaring noise in the walls and can be heard all over the house. At times it is very loud, sometimes
not at all and of course there is a medium roaring as well.

On your web site there was a similar question asked and you replied it was the ballcock in the
toilet that needed to be replaced. I question whether my problem would be remedied with this
as the tank is full when the noise begins?? Help this is very annoying.
