Bath Tub - Shower stall

I am instatlling a fibergalss shower unt that fits in place of a tub. The big change is the drain is in the center of the shower stall versus at the end. I was planning on running 2" line from the original 1.5" line over to the center of the shower. Since the original 1.5" line has its own trap do i need to put in a trap for the 2" line under the drain. I already have the concrete cut out for 2" line.
