Rheem is an excellent brand to replace a Rheem with. Check with Rheem and see if they have any current discounts offered for energy efficient models and or distributors willing to keep your business rather than have you go to Home Depot. Gheck with your gas company and see if there are any homeowner incentives for replacing an existing water heater with a new one. Ask if there are LICENSED contractors working in the New Jersey energy conservation program. : I am currently looking to replace my 40 gallon Rheem Water heater. : Which brand of Water Heater do you recommend? : Also, is it more expensive to buy and install from PSE&G in New Jersey or a Store like Home Depot or Lowes. : Thank-You for answering my question.
