You can use any other wall hung toilet, but the carrier has to be modified by removing the horizontal hanger bar and installing the two upper bolts on the fitting. : My Case Wall Hung unit needs to be replaced. In today's market, are there any wall hung toilets that use similar brackets inside the wall? I have been given estimates by two plumbers that are outrageous.
