The first requirement is that the 3 or 4 inch pipe be centered behind the toilet's location. Then go to www.jrsmith.com/closet/c900pdf/0-900-22.pdf and print out the roughin sheet. This diagram will give the dimensions for the height of the opening above the floor, finished wall and stud spacing. I assume that this is a residence, otherwise there are other carriers available at JRSMITH.com : Is there a site showing rough in plumbing and installation for a wall hung toilet?
