The usual problem is that the compression ring is not lining up properly and is slightly crooked. Or the nut is being overtightened so the tubing is being deformed. : I am installing a pedestal sink. I am using hard piping (pardon me if I don't use the correct lingo), 3/8" from the shutoff to the faucet. : I am using the type of supply line that is chromed copper, with a "ball" on the faucet end, and using a brass nut to attach it to the faucet inlet. : I have followed the included directions, what the heck am I doing wrong?! : Thanks,
