I am using hard piping (pardon me if I don't use the correct lingo), 3/8" from the shutoff to the faucet. : I am using the type of supply line that is chromed copper, with a "ball" on the faucet end, and using a brass nut to attach it to the faucet inlet. : I have followed the included directions, what the heck am I doing wrong?! Ken P Try it again without any Teflon tape. Solid risers with the ball end, seal between the ball and the threaded socket of the faucet . The nut pulls up tight. Teflon tape serves no purpose here except to get in the way and create leaks.
